Terms and Conditions of Hire
No person other than the company chauffeurs are permitted to drive the company's vehicles. Subject to this condition being observed and provided the legal number of passengers is not exceeded, vehicles are insured for damage by collision, fire, theft and the chauffeurs legal liability to his passengers in the event of an accident.
The company cannot accept responsibility for delays, howsoever caused.
The company's chauffeur, will, unless specifically instructed by the client, travel by the route which in his opinion is the most appropriate for that time and day.
When a car is hired, whilst every effort will be made for the hirer to retain the same car and chauffeur, the company reserves the right to substitute any other car or chauffeur according to the existence of the service
