The London Borough of Enfield is the most northerly London borough and forms part of Outer London. It borders the London Boroughs of Barnet, Haringey and Waltham Forest as well as the Hertfordshire districts of Broxbourne and Welwyn Hatfield, and the Essex district of Epping Forest.

Enfield hosts two of the campuses for Middlesex University and a little known fact is that Saracens Rugby Football Club used to play in Enfield, before the days of the professional game.
